First, we’ll meet for tea and get to know each other. Once we agree to work together, we will do a deep dive session where we will discuss what you would like to accomplish, your likes, dislikes and anything else you’d like for me to know.
My fee for this required consultation is $50. Once we agree to our date, I will provide payment instructions.
Once we agree to work together, we’ll take care of your program payment and scheduling.
We’ll set some initial goals and map out exciting first steps.
Each week I will provide tasks for you to complete. You will know EXACTLY what you are to do.
I will also create a system of rewards and punishments that work for you in your outside world.
Our regular sessions are typically one hour long, with extra time reserved for tea and a debriefing.
Sessions are typically once a week. We’ll do what’s best for your goals and situation.
You will also have access to me in between our sessions via e-mail or WhatsApp, within certain parameters. Mutual respect for boundaries is part of our partnership.
I do not offer a certain number of sessions in a package because I how can I possibly know what might be best for you without knowing where you are and what you want?
I do highly recommend that you start with at least four sessions because anything worth doing takes time and energy.

Your investment for your four highly individualized sessions is $750. This includes four hour long in-person sessions plus e-mail/text support in between our meetings.
I accept a la carte scheduling for $250/in-person session.
Meetings will take place in a public place which provides enough privacy to have a candid discusion.
In-call sessions are possible as we become established and comfortable with each other.
1:1 Virtual Coaching
Even if you are not lucky enough to live where I work and play, we can still do great things together.
I offer live coaching sessions via phone, text or video.
Same rules apply as with in person sessions.
